• Device & Usage Data: Automatically collected parameters including device model, operating system version, gameplay progress, scores, and unidentifiable metrics.
• AdMob Advertising Data: Google AdMob service may collect anonymized advertising IDs and system logs to serve non-intrusive advertisements.

Use of Information

Information collected is used strictly to maintain game state, store local achievements, display localized advertisements, and analyze non-personal metrics to optimize game balance.

2. Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms

By installing or playing Ghost Dodger, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.

Intellectual Property

All graphics, sound effects, level design, character code, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Ghost Dodger Developers.

Prohibited Conduct

• Modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering game binaries.
• Exploiting automated scripts, bots, or memory hacks.
• Attempting to bypass security or ad verification mechanisms.

3. Data Retention Policy

Local Storage & Cloud Backups

All player progress, scores, and unlocked items are saved locally on your device. Backup mechanisms respect device settings (auto-backup disabled for privacy).

Data Deletion Request

Since we do not maintain central user accounts, uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data. To request manual removal of any support communication data, contact us via email.
